Cavaliers Cavaliers

Ticket holders can email [email protected] with any requests or questions. For options regarding game tickets purchased in the secondary marketplace on Flash Seats or StubHub, fans can contact those outlets directly at support.axs.com for Flash Seats and 866-788-2482 for StubHub.

Cleveland Monsters

Cleveland Monsters fans holding tickets to any of the seven unplayed 2019-20 games are able to receive up to 110% credit toward their 2020-21 Monsters tickets, additional benefit options in the case of specific plan holders, or a full refund. Monsters Hockey Club members, group clients, and ticket holders are receiving direct communication with these aforementioned options.

All fans with tickets to any of the seven canceled games have been sent emails outlining options and steps to proceed. You may contact the Monsters at (216) 420-0000 or send an email to [email protected] if there are further questions.

For options regarding tickets purchased in the Flash Seats or StubHub secondary marketplaces, fans can contact those outlets directly at support.axs.com for Flash Seats and (866) 788-2482 for StubHub.

Upcoming Events Postponed or Cancelled:

An Evening with Michael Bublé

An Evening with Michael Bublé has been rescheduled to Friday, February 26, 2021. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.

WWE Monday Night RAW

WWE Monday Night RAW scheduled for Monday, September 28 in Cleveland, OH has been postponed and additional information will be made available in the near future.

The Millennium Tour

The Millennium Tour has been rescheduled to Friday, May 7, 2021. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.

JoJo Siwa D.R.E.A.M. The Tour

Nickelodeon’s JoJo Siwa D.R.E.A.M. Tour has been rescheduled to Sunday, July 18, 2021. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.

Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse has been CANCELED. All tickets will automatically be refunded within 30 business days.

1975

June 3 show has been cancelled. Tickets will be refunded at the place of original purchase.

Dude Perfect

The Dude Perfect Tour at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse has been rescheduled to Thursday, June 24, 2021. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.

Cirque du Soleil CRYSTAL

June 24-27 Cancelled. All ticket holders for the cancelled CRYSTAL shows will be contacted in the near future regarding the refund process.

Justin Bieber

August 14 show has been cancelled. Tickets purchased will automatically be refunded from the ticketing company in approximately 30 of days receipt of email notification of the cancelation.

Rage Against the Machine

Rage Against the Machine has been rescheduled to Friday, August 20, 2021. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.

The Killers

The on sale for The Killers' Imploding the Mirage Tour is on hold. Updated ticket information will be made available as soon as possible.

Janet Jackson

The Janet Jackson concert on July 28, 2020 has been canceled. The good news is that a refund will be processed automatically for you. Due to the unprecedented volume of cancellations, you should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 30 days.

The Weeknd

The Weeknd has been RESCHEDULED to August 28, 2021. All tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Alan Jackson

Country music superstar Alan Jackson’s July 31, 2020 concert is being rescheduled; the show will now take place on Saturday, July 10, 2021. Tickets for the original concert will be honored at the rescheduled date in 2021.
