East Garage Parking Information

Guests that have Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse specific parking passes (Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Gladiators, Cleveland Monsters or Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Events) the Gateway East Garage will begin accepting Flash Seat parking three hours* prior to the start of the event. Please be sure to print and bring your Flash Seat traffic assist form and place in your vehicle’s dashboard.

Updated Smoking Policy

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is now a completely smoke-free venue. This includes the outside areas immediately surrounding the venue as well. Please also note that individuals attending events who leave the FieldHouse after entering will not be able to re-enter. These policy updates reflect the venue’s continuing commitment to provide the most enjoyable and secure environment possible during all events.
