Screening of “Untitled” Dave Chappelle Documentary Directed by Steven Bognar & Julia Reichert

ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, GUESTS CAN DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TO RECEIVE APPROVED ENTRY INTO THE FIELDHOUSE:

Display the green CLEAR Health Pass app screen at any Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse entrance to gain admittance with a ticket to the event. The benefit of downloading the CLEAR Health Pass app and enrolling in advance eliminates the need for any pre-screening for proof of vaccine or negative test result at the event for faster entry.

Present proof of vaccine or negative test at any Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse entrance when doors open 90 minutes before the start of the event.

• Provide proof of vaccination (14 days past final vaccination shot, October 31, 2021), original vaccination card, printed copy of vaccination card or a digital copy with a photo ID; OR
• Provide proof of an FDA approved negative Covid-19 PCR, Antigen or Molecular test that is date and time stamped with full name printed on the test results within 72 hours of show date and entrance time (After 7:00 PM on November 11, 2021) and a photo ID.
  • Team Chappelle has set-up a testing area at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, for a cost of $50. The Fan Testing Location is located on the east side of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse off of E. 6th Street (between Cavs Team Shop and Discount Drug Mart entrance). Only credit cards will be accepted for payment.
