Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is gearing up for a record-breaking year of hosting full-capacity live sports and entertainment that includes the Cavaliers and Monsters 2021-22 seasons and a spectacular lineup of major concert tours along with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on October 30th and the NBA All-Star Weekend February 18-20th. The excitement of re-emerging from a pandemic-induced halt comes with a set of health and safety protocols that will create a new entry process for select events that are requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results.

It is important to note the health and safety guidelines may not be the same for every event as the protocols are determined by the tour promoter/management. For those events that will have specific criteria in place, ticketed guests will receive a direct email communication that outlines the health and safety protocols and entry processes for the event they are attending.  In addition, protocols will be posted on each show’s designated event page.

Harry Styles on October 18th, Michael Bublé on October 21st and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on October 30th will be the first events to require proof of vaccine or a negative COVID test within an approved timeframe.

For the thousands of guests attending events that require additional protocols, the logistics of checking for proof of vaccine or a negative COVID test prior to entering Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse will be done as efficiently as possible. It will be essential that they understand the requirements, do some homework and plan to arrive early to the FieldHouse.

Entry to events requiring the additional protocols will not be granted to anyone (age 2 and over) without proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test.

VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR ENTRY TO SELECT EVENTS THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PROTOCOLS

CLEAR HEALTH PASS
To expedite the process, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass, a free service on the CLEAR mobile app that provides a seamless way to upload proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result.  By enrolling and completing the health screening requirements BEFORE arriving to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, CLEAR’s technology will verify the user’s identity and allow for FASTER entry.

For guests without CLEAR Health Pass, verification of proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test will take place at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on the day of the event. Acceptable forms of verification include an original vaccination card  (14 days past final vaccination shot) or a printed copy of an FDA approved negative COVID-19 Antigen or Molecular test result that is dated and time stamped, along with a photo ID.

The verification process may be different for each of the events that require additional protocols, making it very important that ticketed guests regularly check the show event page on RocketMortgageFieldHouse.com and the email account tied to their ticket purchase for the most current health and safety requirements and protocols.
