Tickets will be delivered to Flash Seats on Monday, September 9, 2019 @ 12:00 PM. Tickets can not be transferred until Wednesday October 30. 

The user of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and expressly waives any claims for personal injury and liability against artists, management, facilities, any other participants, and any and all respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees (“Releasees”) on behalf of the ticket holder and any accompanying minor, including those arising out of Releasees’ own negligence.  Ticket user bears all risks in inclement weather.  Artist and its entities and affiliates are not responsible for conditions or the actions of the crowd at any event nor are they responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements or venue conditions.

NO CAMERA POLICY WHICH INCLUDES CELL PHONES

We respectfully request that you please watch and listen to the show, not your phone. You will be ejected from the show without the opportunity to return and without a refund if you violate this simple request and elect to take photos during the performance. In the event of a personal emergency, phone use may occur on the concourse away from the performance area.

East Garage Parking Information

Guests that have Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse specific parking passes (Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Gladiators, Cleveland Monsters or Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Events) the Gateway East Garage will begin accepting Flash Seat parking three hours* prior to the start of the event. Please be sure to print and bring your Flash Seat traffic assist form and place it on your vehicle’s dashboard.

Updated Smoking Policy

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is now a completely smoke-free venue. This includes the outside areas immediately surrounding the venue as well. Please also note that individuals attending events who leave the FieldHouse after entering will not be able to re-enter. These policy updates reflect the venue’s continuing commitment to provide the most enjoyable and secure environment possible during all events.
