If you need any assistance during your visit, please speak to the nearest Guest Services Ambassador wearing a Red Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse Polo and Nametag. For additional assistance, there are two SeatGeek Guest Services Booths inside Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, one located across from Portal 1 on Street Level and the other across from Portal 52 located in Loudville. Staffed for every event, Guest Services Ambassadors can answer questions, give you helpful information and provide special services.
