Twenty One Pilots: The Clancy World Tour

The following process addresses queue management of fans outside the venue who arrive early (on or prior to day of show) to secure a GA floor position closest to the stage. Our goal is to make venue entry as easy and seamless for both the venue and our fans.

DAY OF SHOW

• The tour will set up a bike rack at a TBD location on the exterior of the venue the morning of the show to distribute wristbands.
• 8:00 AM: TØP Security arrives to venue to deliver wristbands that the Host will then distribute to fans numbered 1-500 based on the order of fans in line. Fans can leave the property upon receiving their wristband
• 3:00 PM: Wristband distribution ends [or sooner if all 500 are distributed]
• 3:00 - 3:30 PM: Fans with wristbands must return and line up [line designated by assembled bike racks] in the order of their wristband number. Fans are wanded and tickets are scanned by venue staff.
• 6:00 PM: TØP team and venue security escort the first 500 fans through the concourse in single file
• Inside the Venue:
  • TØP team and venue security guide fans to the event floor in a single file line via a lane [designated by bike racks/stanchions] leading directly to the stage.
  • This process will continue until all 500 wrist banded fans are in place, then general doors entry begins
  • Bike racks will remain until the GA floor is filled 50% to mitigate running and potential injuries.
  • The TØP team will then disassemble, and early entry is done.
• 6:15 PM: General Doors
