Caesars Sportsbook at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is being reimagined to become a new, premium space for select Cavs United Members and select Caesars Rewards Members as the partnership between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Caesars Sportsbook evolves to continue meeting fans where they are.
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Caesars Sportsbook remain committed to providing new, dynamic experiences for all fans who visit Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Sports wagering is still available via the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app for users 21 and older at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and across the state of Ohio.
- Any winning tickets may be cashed at the Sportsbook until 8 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
- Any winning tickets that need to be cashed after 8 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024, can be cashed 2 ways:
- Guests can follow the “Mail Pay” instructions on the back of their winning ticket to receive a check from Caesars Sportsbook.
- Guests can visit the Caesars Sportsbook location at Eldorado Scioto Downs in Columbus, OH to cash their winning ticket in person.
- All concerns over tickets can be shared with Caesars Sportsbook Customer Support at (855)-474-0606.
